Parking is located at the D-5, Q-14, I-15, or G-16 lots, and is complimentary for the entirety of the Conference with valid permit.

To retrieve your complimentary parking, proceed to the parking permit kiosk located within your chosen lot, enter the license plate of your vehicle, and enter the corresponding coupon code:

BECCA1012 – active only for day 1 on 10/12/23

BECCA1013 – active only for day 2 on 10/13/23

Your license plate will then be associated with the permit, and you can proceed to the SURC Building for the Conference.

You must complete this process and enter the correct code on each day.

Permits are only valid on the day it is purchased, so please do not attempt to register for both days at once or your permit will be rendered invalid, and you will have to pay for parking on your own.
